Pharmacy runs a drop off for repeat prescription orders which is convenient but on quite a few occasions I have dropped off repeat order forms for me to find out they have been lost after checking both the pharmacy and the GP surgery. Also quite recently on picking up a script of routine medication I found that the wrong number of medication was actually in the box whenever I got home. This was routine medication that I depend on daily.
