        Absolutely shocking! First they would not give me an exact price for my medium sized dog when I booked. The grooming parlour had dog hair flying everywhere. Collected my dog 2 hours after with a hack not a cut. Not worth the money as it costs the same as if I went to a hairdressers for a cut and blow dry! Never again. Zero customer service!

        Took my Yorkie Oscar for his first groom the staff are fantastic and Oscar was so handsome when he was groomed thanks to all the staff
