Happy with engineers work and very nice guy when he arrived, but 3.5 hrs after the appointment. Also not happy when, despite reiterating the importance of ringing first to ensure someone is at 94-year old mothers house is present, it is ignored. No point in making appointments with customers for times if engineers arent suitably informed. Itll be interesting to see if this review gets posted!

I have had a lift fitted in December which works,but the floor which was cut out was not done correctly and is collapsing I informed Pollack about the problem.patrick said not to use 6 months ago while it got sorted, after multiple attempts to get Patrick to do something is still have had no action and have been ignored what is your problem why have you ruined my life,why are you always on holiday when you have so much to sort out

Admin, communication, service, reliability. Terrible. Arriving on site with incomplete kits. Cant recommend.

My mother purchased a stairlift last year for my grandmother and it's been nothing but problems! It's now 6 weeks that the stairlift hasn't work correctly! With the hinge being needed to be pushed down so it can be used. I'm currently caring for my grandmother and getting her out of bed at 5.30am before I go to work to make sure she's got down stairs for the day. Numerous phone calls and an email has got us no where I wouldn't normally leave bad reviews but don't feel I've got a choice. Stay away unless you wanna have to phone numerous times to speak to someone and then wait for them to come look at the stair lift and then wait 3weeks+ for parts. Edit another 3 weeks have passed and still the stair lift isn't fixed, Calls being ignored by the operational manager excuses when he did answer the phone got told the part would be there the next day that was over a week ago (last time he's answered the phone) they seem to think that my grandmother doesn't matter and this situation isnt a problem. she's unable to use the stair lift without someone being in the house. The engineer visit was on the 27th of July since owning the the stair lift we've had 8 call outs with 6 of them being the hinge. We Have found another company who will have a new stairlift made to out staircase and installed within 5weeks less time that was it's taking this company to get a hinge fixed! They dont care after they get your money!
