Can't thank Gareth and his team enough. It was a difficult install to take on and we didn't think we would be able to get anyone to help but we couldn't have been more wrong. Gareth came in and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. All work was carried out so professionally, fab communication and help from the girls in the office and Gareth overseen everything making our home warm and safe!!! We contacted The Gasman for a service having read their reviews and lack of communication with other servicers. The boiler then faulted before our service was booked in for, we sent a message to them and got an immediate response and were fitted in the next day. Gareth was very efficient and was able to tell quickly what the issue was and ordered the parts to be fitted the following day, we also had a call from one of the Team to confirm what time he would be there and how much it was going to be. Parts fitted and full service done on the boiler at the same time, would highly recommend them and we will definately be using them for our future boiler services/repairs. Thankyou!
