        Would recommend this to any parent looking for a fun activity for their child logan has been with savage for a year and loves it coaching staff are amazing. Logan has learnt so much from attending and has gained so much confidence.

        Honestly not for me. I was being taught what to do if somone grabs you by the hair and his technique was to push their arm up with both hands then palm strike . If somone grabs you by the hair you crack them in the jaw with a right hook and if they havent let go by then you hit them with the left simple as. Its good for the kids and all but if your wanting to learn proper mma idk about that like was a bit dissapointed and 49 a month for 2 sessions a week only 45 mins per one nahhh
