        First class accomodations,clean to the highest standard, excellent staff, very helpful , make everyone feel very important,has function room ,for residents , special occasions birthday,ECT, Organized days out for residents, hairdressers nails for the ladies ,has won top N, IRELAND award for excellence, emergency alarms fitted in bathroom if needed ,is located next door to health center, and Barn Halt railway station, also near by Fisher Man's ,quay,over looking Belfast Lough, and Carrickfergus castle, excellent accommodate for elderly people

        Fold housing is hard to get a place from, their office is in Belfast so the people from Belfast get offered housing in Carrick before the people from Carrick get offered it, complete disgrace
