        I ordered from the U.S. and picked a florist near my cousins place of residence not knowing what to expect. The arrangement was exceptional and the recipient absolutely delighted. It was evident that the flower arrangement was made with special care. Thank you Patricia

        Appalling customer service. Booked delivery online to my sister in Islandmagee. Nowhere did it state that they only delivered to Carrickfergus. Paid for it(and the 6 delivery) . Then received email later in day to say that they don't deliver there and would refund the money. Rang up following day and was told 'you couldn't get a taxi to Islandmagee for 6'. Like how's that relevant?! Suggested that they put a note on their website to avoid confusion, only to be hung up on. Class act Not!
