Obviously there is no one at the Scotch Quarter who can read, use a computer and have never read the reveiws about the practice, well here's another negative review. At least 95% of the people who work there are ignorant, condescending and completely negative to patients, unless you are one of their family or drinking buddies at the local pubs/restaurants. From nurses, receptionist, secretaries, care assistants, Podiatry receptionist, telephone operators and management of the office staff. They are either related or best friends as you cannot complain for the fear of being ousted from the surgery permantely, or told not to come back to the surgery and one of the things that seems to be ignored is the ignorance of some of the people who answer the phone, they all appear to be in cushy jobs so don't rock their boat or you will pay for it. As an added bonus to this disgraceful surgery it has the most disorganised Pharmacy which make so many errors in scripts attached to the surgery. Close the whole lot down now, please

Disgusting customer service. Receptionists think they are a class above us ordinary folk. I have a hearing problem and was told I was shouting, sorry but that is like telling a disabled person off for using a wheelchair.

Horrendous! I would give zero out of 5 if I could. My most recent experience. Rude, abrasive and condescending receptionists (when you finally get through) who try to diagnose you as if they're medically trained. Complete lack of communication between staff. Male senior GP with zero compassion or empathy towards patients. Refusal of medication required for conditions because "It costs too much money". There are a few female doctors/nurses in this practice who are wonderful. They're caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the older male doctors. If you value your life and your health, specify a female GP or go somewhere else.

All the times a waiting long time to get a visit with doctor.Absolutely disgraceful experience with this practice as of recent with ignorant receptionists that have absolutely no concern for the health and welfare of the patients who need help most. Abysmal phone and online prescription services that again are adding to the suffering and leaving patients without medicine that is needed to treat chronic conditions! If you need Doctors getting info from Internet, if you need some pills or anything they say you can buy it with yourself, no trust, idk why they are overe there. Avoid,Avoid,Avoid!!!Stay away from this practice at all costs!!!! I gave them 1 star- is too much as there is no option to set lower.

What an awful practice! Gave up trying to get prescriptions from them as the line is constantly busy and the online system is useless.
