        0 stars worst company I have ever dealt with no online customer service with people who are clueless got my parcel delivery day confirmed went to ask what time this roughly this would arrive they said it was on hold by me ?? I arranged it for next day again this was confirmed but next day comes samething again by this time I have already been waiting for 9 days still waiting... Speaking to livechat confirmed my date of delivery I contact them again 2hrs later the guy says its on hold again and will have to rearrange dates. What can I say

        Pathetic service. Avoid avoid avoid. Lost product, lost replacement. 3 weeks later no parcel!!!! Customer service chat just cut you off as you are typing or tell you to check in 24 hours and end chat.

        Parcel supposed to be returned by Yodel for refund 5 months ago tracking stopped after 2 months .It's not on ... bad communication and no one cares worst ever never again !!
