They took over from a previous successful business that used to be there. However this place is always very good and I highly recommend sitting in to get something to eat. It has great service which goes along way because there are other places in Carrick that have bad service and rude service. This place has one of the best stews in Carrick. I know that because I've had stew in every place here. Great place

I don't know why lt was happened l left your coffee shop on Friday early afternoon hungry and frustrated.Your coffee shop wasn't busy.No one else was at the coffee shop only me and my 2 friends. I ordered homemade stew for myself. I don't know what l got but lt looked like vomiting. Meats was not in at all.There was canned baby carrots in. The potatoes and carrots was raw. I think they mixed something for me quickly. My food (stew)was cold and needed take it back to warm up again. I m sorry now l didn't take a picture of my food.lt was disgusting. There were also problem with the service. We didn't get milk for tea. We didn't get a glass for the soft drink and we asked.After 5 minutes we had to go cash desk to ask for a glass. When l spoke with woman about my food because until today l don't know what was what they gave me. I had to pay what l didn't even eat. I was there first time but lt was last one. Big headlessness . What l described is not because of the money. I left woth complete frustrating. One thing for sure. I will not be your guest anymore
