Bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta from Charlie back in June, Start to finish he was really helpful on picking a car that was right for me for the budget i had at the time, the car was itself looked brand new whenever it was dropped, spotless inside and out would definitely recommend Eden Car sales to anyone

I Went on Friday 10/06/22 to see what looked like an extremely nice 2013 Citroen DS4 and it certainly was. For some reason charlie was somewhat eagerly showing me a newer and much more expensive Vauxhall Mokka, even though I told him I hated vauxhalls and wouldn't want about me (no matter which company now owns them Charlie!!!!) I finally took the Citroen for a test drive and although there were a couple of minor faults, I was definitely interested in putting my own car up as part exchange against it or failing that, a cash sale. Unfortunately the offer they made me for my vehicle as part exchange was way too low, so, I asked what the best cash price on the car would be (their asking price is 6950) and was informed, this time by Chris, that there was very little profit to be made, that cars like this one were hard to come by and that they would be fitting a new timing belt and water pump to put the car right, which I completely agreed with him on, but, in other words, the price you see is the price you pay!! (No one pays the sticker price) The question I have is: if you were only prepared to give me a certain figure, for my car that's 2 years newer than the Citroen, did you really give a figure close to what you're asking for it to the person who traded it in with you? I fully understand how the car dealerships operate, I've bought enough cars over the years, however, my visit with Eden car sales wasn't as pleasant as I'd come to expect considering the good reviews they've been receiving. Personally though, I will not giving them my business.
