        Was told that I could claim on my policy as damage was my own fault, I've full no claims and protected bonus then after chasing them up after a week they told me under the small print that I wasn't entitled to claiming So what am I paying insurance for??? AVOID!!!!!!!

        The guy who crashed into me was insured with this company. Lots of pics, videos from dash cam etc as a proof. the guy admitted to be in fault and they still don't pay out. Please avoid this unprofessional company!

        Unbelievably dreadful - they just don't answer. I've tried for six days now! Unfortunately, you have to give them 1 star before you can post a review. They aren't worth it. Don't use them.
