        Been a loyal member since 91. I honestly can't fault them. I generally use Belfast branch. But in general I'd recommend them as I've never had any problems or issues. Always friendly and helpful staff.

        Condescending branch manager who seems to think it's appropriate to roll her eyes and sigh at customers standing right in front of her - couldn't believe the level of rudeness and felt very belittled by her behaviour
