Turned up three times during advertised opening hours for a new chain and spoke re-tension and shut on all occasions. No answer to phone 10+ times. Not sure how / if still in business.

Wasn't willing to fix my puncture today even though they advertise this exact service. Very snappy. Will be going to Halfords for any bike parts.

Just my experience. Total Joke. Bought my first bike here over 20 years ago. Then two more bikes over the years. However I left my racer road bike into get an upgrade / fixed. Over 4 weeks ago. He said he would have it done in a few days. What a lie..... I went back ever week and he said no parts are available due to the Briexit, Parts are delayed. More lies. Well I fully understand that there may be a slow process, however when I arrived 4 weeks later and he said he texted me. No he did not. I asked for my bike back, he said he text me to tell me my bike was ready, No, you did not. I told him he did not text me. He checked his 100 page dairy GRPD breach if I ever seen one. Surprisingly he discovered he forgot to communicate to me. Well after a a conversation about what he had done to the bike as requested, I was totally shocked to find out he had done nothing I had ask to be done. Well I was so pis^ off it, but he was so absent minded I might as well of been speaking to the wall. He did even know what was asked of him, even tried to give me a bike was worth 4 time mine to begin with. Lets just said I will NEVER ever go back here ever again.
