        After being let down by another nail tech to get my nails done the day before I went on holiday, I went to another place who made an absolute mess of my nails! 4 hours later after still running around trying to desperately get an appointment, these girls at About Face squeezed me in last minute and I was forever grateful! Such lovely staff, and a very welcoming salon! Absolutely loved my little gel polish! Thanks so much again! I will 100% be back in future!

        First time there, rang and got a last minute appointment for eyebrows, came away very happy and pleased, friendly staff!

        Only reason I used here for my ear piercings was because I got vouchers for Christmas. Im not happy at all. Firstly she used a gun for 3 of my cartilage piercings (3 x forward helix) which I now know isnt right, cartilage must be done with a needle and then used normal earrings with normal backs. Secondly, all of them arent positioned right which causes a lot of discomfort. I have ended up taking all 3 out after talking to a tattoo/piercing parlour and then agreeing that they havent been done right or put in the right place. My tragus also isnt in the right position, sitting far too far forward nearly going onto my face but I cant get the bar out so that will just have to stay. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to getting these piercings done for a long time. I definitely wont be going back. Please avoid here for piercings and go to a proper tattoo/piercing parlour. What a waste of a Christmas present
