- placed the order for an entrance door in early March. Promised to get it in may
- in may was promised to get it in June
- in June Colin said hes self isolating and now the lead time will be end of July
- wife asked some names of other joiners in the area to see if somebody can do it faster
- having asked Colin in three days it turned out he has already cancelled our order and took other jobs. Bear in my all during self-isolating
Summary:
Pure waste of time and stop using COVID as excuse for your shocking customer service
Update - seems like reviews on FB have been blocked anyway - avoid at all costs.
