Clean showers, nice crowd, we would come regularly, but we live in Germany. (Original) Wunderbarer Ort, man friert definitiv nicht. Die Trainerin am Montag um 10 Uhr war sehr freundlich und interessiert an den Teilnehmern, dass es allen gut geht. Duschen sauber, nettes Publikum, wir wrden regelmssig kommen, leben aber in Deutschland.

        Went to HYB on a recent trip back to NI for 5 classes. Hugely welcoming studio, good facilities and wide variety of classes. I had 3 different teachers, all of whom were excellent in dialogue and explanation or demonstration. It was my first time with infrared heat which was superb if much more intense than my usual studio. An oasis of restoration away from home.
