Very pleasant and efficient. Car ready on time. They took it for a test drive which was good because not everyone does that. Checked with me before fitting new windscreen wipers. Noted some wear of brake pads and discs, replacement not needed for a while, just letting me know. They could easily have told me replacement needed real soon.

I want to thank Adam for all his help with the service of my S80. The team were very professional and courteous and they explained all the work that was being done, and the health video was excellent. They had the car ready in the time that was estimated and the final price for the work was less than quoted. I can't thank them enough for the work that was done and for their customer care as they washed and valeted the car at no extra expense. I would highly recommend Agnew Belfast.

Service was so much better than the last few times I have been in. Actually talked to by someone who knew what they were talking about, and with a good attitude. Some women do know how cars work !!
