Top class service when looking to upgrade my current car to another used one. I had the pleasure of dealing with Niall (sales manager) and Shane. Both made the transition smooth, simple and fast. The new used car has been impressively cleaned out and would believe that its brand new. Drives like a dream as well. Would happily deal with Nissan Belfast again

I made a booking with a Nissan-approved dealer to address a rattling noise in my car. The booking was made approximately 20 days ago with the agreement that I would drop off my car at 9:45 for checking. I arrived on time and was told that they would call me to inform me of any issues they found. However, by 2:00 PM, I still hadn't received a call back. When I contacted the dealer, they informed me that the appointment was only for drop off and that they would check the car at their own convenience. This meant that they had done nothing to address the issue, and would hold onto my car for an undetermined amount of time. I find this kind of service unacceptable. When customers make a booking, they assume that it is for the purpose of checking their car, not just dropping it off. The lack of respect for my time and effort is disappointing, and the rudeness of the person who answered the phone only added to my frustration. Furthermore, they couldn't even provide me with a time frame for when the work would be completed. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this Nissan-approved dealer. It's a shambles and I would not recommend them to anyone.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a Nissan Duke for 13,798 from Charles Hurst Boucher Road on 9th February 2023. The car had only one key but the salesman I dealt with assured me that a second key had been ordered and was due on 13th February. Despite numerous phone calls to numerous sales staff since and assurances that a second key was on its way I have heard nothing further from Charles Hurst and am still without a second key. I find this level of customer service frankly appalling. It confirms the widely held view of car dealers that 'once they have your money - they no longer want to know you'. I must say, however, that I expected more of Charles Hurst PS. I think the brakes on this car are in need of attention - but I certainly won't be asking Charles Hurst for assistance !

Gave a 5 star rating for the sales team but unfortunately after service has been non existent. I only received one set of keys and was promised the spare set within a week. Eight weeks and many phone calls later I still have only one set of keys and no sign of when the other will be supplied. Very frustrating
