Appalling service. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, my wife overheard the conversation and could not get over how I was spoken to. Recommended by Neighbours and unfortunately it was clear from that conversation they don't really need my business. Wood may be good, but shame I will never know either way! As an add on, price given verbally was different to the website (more expensive) which i later checked.

Unbelievable service! I don't want to put any undue pressure on the guys with this review BUT - I placed my first ever order while lying in bed yesterday morning about 7.15, logs were there when I came home, wrapped to protect from the showers. I ordered a mix of 8 bags of birch and ash which look really good quality. Thanks Woodcall.

Excellent service. Ordered the 16 bag deal between Christmas and New Year and the delivery arrived the following morning. Great quality birch logs and because I wasn't home at the time of delivery, the logs were carefully placed and covered for protection from the rain.

Hi thanks for the prompt delivery which was as in the past 5 years I have used Woodcall. However I remember speaking to the managment in the shed when he told me you delivered good logs without the sticks. What a pity that you seem to have decided to deliver a very poor selection within the 8 bags I ordered. Should I now try the competition as the thinner pieces dont burn for long.
