I wanted to visit the Museum with my grandchildren as my father had served in WW2. We found great difficulty finding it as it was poorly signed and behind a derelict building. After an hour we found the entrance at 12 noon only to find it locked up. I was deeply disappointed. No one will respond on the phone and the website said it was open. What a shame.

A fantastic albeit small museum documenting the military history of the province by people of all communities. Knowledgeable volunteer staff and some brilliant exhibits. Bonus - its free! Be aware the entrance is tucked away. Look for the signage. Be aware they have recently moved. Check online for details (2022)
