    Went into the store in Forestside to try and get a new phone. Recently moved up from the Republic and was told my new First Trust bank account was blocking an I'd verification. Its a new account and has never been registered to a different address. I showed them a bank statement but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I've been a loyal Vodafone customer down south and never missed a payment. Its ridiculous that that they wouldn't except other proof of address. No reflection on service in store, that was top class. Vodafone HQ seriously need to rethink how they verify peoples addresses. I'll be taking my business to O2

    Im only giving 1 star as zero is not an option. Bought a Samsung flip last year and was told the phone had a 2 year warranty (including screen). Sent the phone to be repaired (through the shop) as the screen was showing wear and tear along the fold. It took over 9 days for the shop to send the phone to their repair centre to then be told that due to a dent on the back of my phone it was no longer under warranty. I was quoted 490 to replace the screen. Absolutely horrendous customer services from both the store and Vodafone customer services team. One call lasted 1hour and 20 mins. Passed to 4 different departments and still no-one could help explain why a dent on the back of my phone meant my warranty was voided. Will never enter into another contract with Vodafone. Now spending time checking how to get out of this contract!!!!!
