I was so excited to receive this treatment for my 32nd Birthday and wedding weekend I had this planned for a while now but that excitement quickly became frustration and anger. Once arrived lovely lady in non dentist uniform welcomed me at reception and she never explained much to me but I thought that was normal as I was waiting on a dentist walking through the door any minute little did I know the receptionist was applying the treatment which left me baffled regardless I went through with the 3 individual applications and I was looking like Simon Cowell at the end my already healthy teeth went from 2-3 shades to 7-9 shades whiter I was on a high buzzing, literally 30mins after REGRESSION! happened i looked in car mirror and my teeth looked yellow because the peaks off my teeth where still white but my teeth where back to normal they looked dark yellow because the white bleach was receding before i knew it teeth went from shade 8 to between 2-3 and the shop guarantees a five at the lowest so they failed on first impressions and to be honest I felt scammed so I went back to the shop straight away and demanded refund! Joana saved the day I received half refund and free treatment next day as 90% of clients are successful on second treatment so she sold me and I was delighted with the second treatment I actually received a lovely woman dentist in uniform lol real professional who sit me down and explained everything and took her time with me i felt i was in safe hands this time my teeth went and stayed at about 6 shades whiter I'm happy that it worked in the end but if it wasn't for Joana saving the day I don't think there would have been a shop left on the Lisburn road lol but because my experience was such a hassle I have to give it a 2 star only for Joana. If you have low mineral content in your teeth I don't recommend this unless you want to try a second or third reatment and want to go through the hassle that i did arguing with management etc, because if they think your teeth are at a 5 they will try to avoid refund and free treatments so please be aware! Never know I meet call back within the three year mark for a top up. After treatment I highly recommend the new 20 colgate white toothpaste that can approve your white shade anything up to 15 shades whiter it's amazing. If your thinking about parking outside you can't shops on a main road that has a bus lane out front so double yellows, Tesco up the street or other side of the road.
