Great service and very quick. Drivers were very thoughtful ensuring my Dad was comfortable getting in and out. Had a bit of trouble with the app buffering but no problem calling through.

Far too many cancelled taxis for me. I need a reliable taxi service which turn up when the booking has been accepted instead of a text 5 or 10 minutes after it was due to tell me my booking has been cancelled. No good to me. Unreliability will be the death of this company.

Used them today to get to Down Royal using their app. Came on time and the correct number of taxis (booked for 6 people). Drivers were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. Would use again.

I wish I could do less than 1 star! We were a group of mature women travelling to Belfast, I prebooked 2 large vehicles to take us from the airport to Belfast. When we landed they didnt send enough cars and we had to hang around until they got more. It ended up costing significantly more that the booking quote. We then booked them to sight see and when the first car turned up the driver so was rude! I asked if he would be able to arrange another car (as again we didnt have enough) he told me in no uncertain terms that he wouldnt I went to get some people to go as we had tickets booked and the next thing all our cars were cancelled and we had a message saying we cannot find your location!!! We ended up booking Uber (the drivers were amazing) and it was cheaper than FonaCAB! We were so worried that our prebooked return transfer wouldnt turn up so we cancelled. Got an amazing transfer from TaxiToursNI
