    3rd time posting, wishing to give 0 stars. Unapologetic and condescending owner responses to a personal experience. Here is my 2nd post which I refer to as a reminder to future users. Again, please understand even if one is unable to, I am sharing the advice of the owner. It is not a query, it is a statement of my experience along with some others, regarding the undeniable delays for advanced bookings. Morning bookings are very unpredictable and unreliable - as the owner have suggested in many other reviews, it is due to rush hours resulting in delays and they are working diligently to solve this. Delays are consistent though, so book in advance. Great service when it delivers! If and when it comes is never certain though, so keep that in mind. Cheers mate! As a personal experience - my fragile mum walked for 15 minutes in windy cold weather this morning to attend work because we never received an update if a taxi was dispatched or not, it just showed up 9 minutes later. Thats a long time in urgency. Maybe we wouldve waited if we received an update. Once a taxi was late for 15-20 minutes without an update, so we never know if it will arrive sooner or a lot later. Ever thought thats why we were unable to wait? Because were not sure when it will actually arrive? Silly question, really. Perhaps an inability to understand. This is not the first time and very likely wont be the last. Like I said mate, thanks again

    Amazing service couldn't fault I had a resident at hospital opointment driver was friendly rang me to say he was outside car was such fresh inviting smell .driver very smart presentable
