Altona Surveying

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeffrey who came highly recommended to me via my estate agent last year. Jeffrey gave me a very detailed informative report including photographs which gave me an honest review of the property I was intending to purchase which in turn showed up several issues I would never have known about otherwise. These highlighted issues then in turn allowed me to renegotiate my purchase price by thousands in order to put right these issues. I had at one point considered not having a surveyor a huge mistake Ive made in the past. In the end I opted for the full home report and I cant explain enough how thankful I am I stuck with this option and was recommended this surveyor. Jeffrey rang me on several occasions to talk over my concerns about the survey and I have seeked his advice many times re trusted competent workmen I needed to ensure my house was safe and fit for purpose . I found Jeffrey to be very competitive price wise and much more knowledgeable about a vast array of things than any other surveyor Ive used in the past. Both friendly and honest he went above and beyond what any other surveyor had to do or in my experience has ever done when Ive purchased a property . I have recommended his services to other family and friends who have since used his services and agree we would not use anyone else now should we need any property surveyed. A charming, knowledgable and hardworking individual who went out of his way to answer our never ending questions and concerns my only regret is that we had not discovered this surveyor years ago. Working with Jeffrey has been a pleasure. He has been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I really appreciated his friendly approach and professionalism. I cannot recommend Jeffery's services enough. He is so thorough and very professional in what he does. His reports are simply the best I've seen in years. There isn't a thing missed. On top of that, he is a lovely lovely man, so friendly and incredibly helpful. Jeffery is happy to chat you through the reports, as well as general chit chat, and it's always a pleasure to catch up with him. You won't regret it if you use Jeffery. :O)

This review was owed to Jeffrey a long long time ago! We moved back to NI from the states and we were kind of pressed for time, we had three houses surveyed by Jeffrey at Altona before we were finally able to get the keys. We really got our moneys worth from his professional and informative surveying, we also felt a little bad as we definitely had a type when it came to houses needing a lot of TLC. Really exercising all of his skill set to the extreme. Hes literally the best, a pleasure to chat to and work with. Weve followed his survey results like our bible in this current house and while there have been many surprises along the way his survey has guided us safely. Can not recommend him enough and well absolutely be asking him to survey more houses for us in the future!
