First session with Nicky which was fantastic. I have had sports massages before however none were as good as this. Nicky spent time discussing the issues I had been having then worked at the muscles before cupping and dry needling. First time with dry needling and it was amazing. Nicky also did some education at the end with instruction on rehabilitation exercises. Over and above with a video of the tutorial sent to reference back to later. Really look forward to returning and Ibwould highly recommend!

Had a session with Nicky as I had lower back pain that was preventing me training and on painkillers. Assessed by Nicky who explained pain was coming from hamstrings and glutes, treated straight away and out the door with some exercises to do at home. Brilliant- all explained very clearly as she went along.

Have been seeing Nicky weekly now for a few months, for cupping, dry needling & anything else she feels will help. She is so caring & listens to everything you have to say. Asks questions to see what treatment would be best & offers great advice on home care. Shes an excellent therapist & so easy to talk to. Checks in during treatments to make sure your comfortable. Highly recommend Nicky, I always feel better after & look forward to appointments for a chat & excellent treatments.
