        Kim is so lovely and welcoming keeps you chatting so you don't feel the cold as much . Great for aches and pains, been 3 times so far and loved it every time. 10 mins in the cryospa and 30 mins in the infrared sauna works wonders and you'll sleep like a baby afterwards! Can't recommend highly enough!
