I had my full face Lazer done, initially seemed to be nice place but gradually I could start noticing the reality. After paying so much, the result is still a lot of hair on my face. Every time the staff member doing Lazer changes and each time keeps asking about what areas you get treated. I would not recommend wasting your precious money. Few staff members even felt incompetent, doing the acting of using Lazer on my face but I felt like not much was done.

Terrible, customer service is shocking and they have messed me about so much and always new staff so each time a different person treating me. Also try to get money out of you I have noticed. Im just so fed up and frustrated by their service. Stay away

Initially had a good first impression and had my first laser hair removal treatment without any fuss. All went smoothly and had my questionnaire assessment completed. Came in second treatment and manager and staff said that I cannot continue with my present package as their machine is new and had no researched effects yet with regards to my skin condition. I have informed them it has been the same answers with my first assessment form so I am sure your staff cleared me to have a laser hair removal treatment. They told me this issue whenever I was already in their clinic and waited for additional 30 minutes before they called me (just to tell me that I cannot further continue with my preferred treatment). I understand that they are trying to protect me and their reputation as well so I agreed to just have a refund as advised due to the given scenario. But this had an effect on my mental health as I was looking forward to this long term investment in terms of self care. This happened on 5th of October and said that it will be processed on the 6th as this is the next working day. They assured me that it will take 2 weeks to process the refund. Now it is already January (months have passed) and still have not received any refund. I have phoned them/customer service regarding this matter and had follow up via phone call and physically visiting the branch but to no success. I understand it was a very busy season but it is not fair to leave your customer hanging for that long. I am already tired and stopped the follow ups. Ill let you do your job. If my refund will be showing up anytime soon then thank you but I will not be deleting this review as the service that I had receive was very frustrating and done poorly.
