Central Belfast Apartments Eden

Overall it was a good experience. The apartment was very big, clean and warm. They had a travel cot and a high chair waiting for us. Location is very central, City Hall is a 10 minute walk away. Close to Botanic avenue with great restaurants etc. Quiet neighborhood. Staff is very friendly. Key is located in a key safe outside- keep in mind there is NO EMERGENCY NUMBER! So if there is no key inside the safe, you'll be stranded.

We booked 2 Eden Apartments and based on the reviews we had high expectations. To be honest the staff is very friendly and the location is pretty good as it's near to everything we need specially the train station. But giving a 2 star was because of the huge disappointment in the hygiene of the apartments, not sure if it was even cleaned, it was just a tidy up but no cleaning whatsoever (it was stated on the website that they do professionalcleaning and sanitizing and disinfection). We had to clean the bathroom from a very bad "remains" on the wall so kids can use it, and we couldn't mange to clean under the beds as there were some "hygienic" stuff thrown under and tissues, and more cleaning issues, like smell of the towels and washing machine and the sofa was stained. I read the reveiws here and on booking and didn't see any cleaning complains which is surprising and may be this is our bad luck, but we managed to enjoy our stay and limit our use in the apartments. Hope this problem will be taken care properly in the future. Thanks.

I have booked two apartments from Eden central apartments in Belfast and based upon the pictures posted on booking and the site I thought the apartments would be up to the standards but it was not actually. To be honest regarding the location and facilities around the apartment its really nice and near whatever place we wanted to go. But as for the cleaning which is the main issue and specially being in a period related to a pandemic I didnt find it up to the standards of even normal cleaning. The towels smells bad and the bathroom had stains and smells bad and I tried cleaning it with detergents in order to be used by kids. I dont think it worth value to money. Next time I would think of staying in an hotel. By the way this is not the first time I book apartments online and I always get what expected. I hope this matter of cleaning is taken into consideration.
