        Very disappointing booked through booking. Com 3 adults 2 children aged 9 and 12 .we got a 2 bedroom with 2 small double beds and no pull out beds for the kids. These apartments are not suitable for more than 3 people and the width of the living room area/kitchen is approximately 2 meters TV is on top of you 24 inch approximately we had to book a hotel for one of the adults at a extra cost of 609 which we hadn't budgeted for because there was no room. The bin in kitchen was dirty and smelly we had to wash the bin the rug in living area was all stained and no bulb in the lamp. In all a very unpleasant situation Eric is not a hands on guy we never met him or anyone no interaction with us I emailed him and gave my phone number no response. They shouldn't be letting this property for this amount of people we had given the details and paid in advance for it and it ruined our for day in Belfast. We could have booked a much better apartment with the extra money and we could have all been together. Booking. Com should be aware of what they are advertising. Just a horrendous experience.
