Their customer service leaves plenty to be desired reaffirming the reason why I shop online for anything network related. A client needed cable the next day and so I thought I'd take a chance on this company. Firstly I was waiting 10 minutes at the counter before anyone arrived despite pushing the bell numerous times. When personnel did arrive it was a 'couldn't care that you're here attitude'. No smile, no courteous greeting nothing. Even an Amazon drive has a smile and a nod of the head. I was made to feel like it was such a chore for them to find the reel of cable I required. I paid the monies and was told the cable is next door. Before I left I asked for the price of the security camera on the counter. I needed at least 6 IP cameras POE for a client. Again I was made to feel like 'why is he asking us this'?. The least they could have done was got up from their chair and approach me to discuss the possible purchase. I didn't get a price so I left. I assumed the invoice was with the reel but it wasn't but no way was I going back there again. What happened to common courtesy? Asking the customer if there was anything else they could help me with? never mind asking if I had anything to do with IT and would like to set up a trade account. I own an IT company and was on the lookout for a local IT supplier such as this. But from this experience I will be sticking to online.
