Probably the worst Security company in GB today and especiall ADT Belfast, Airport road. Belfast. Fro the management to all the people in their office and some of the installers and site engineers. Ignorant people, bad language is their first language followed by very poor customer service and considering they work under the umberalla company, TYCO they are an absolute disgrace.

They contacted me to cancel first appointment then turned up late 2nd appointment with know apology or ID but his driving license...ehhh avoid...

Please please please stay away from the company if you know whats good for you. My elderly parents got into a contract with them and Ive been trying to extract them from it for six months. They dont answer the phone. If they do they tell you the department you need to speak to is not a available. They say they will ring you back and dont. The contract was finally cancelled last December and they are now trying to extort 89 from my parents. These are two severely disabled old people. ADT are bombarding them with invoices and phone calls and upsetting them no end. Their behaviour is nothing short of harassment. Dreadful shysters. Stay well clear.
