STEALING MONEY AND NEVER REPLY TO CONTACT ATTEMPTS!! I made an online order Online and received an email to confirm it was accepted. Then got an email to cancel the order. Called the store and was informed that the order was cancelled and that I must do the order again online. I had no time for this and was just told the order was cancelled and no money would be taken. I checked my bank a few days later and the money was taken. I have emailed the store 6 times now. I had a reply once asking for order details and replied immediately only to be ignored again. I am still waiting on someone coming back to my now almost daily emails chasing my refund. This is a terrible level of service from somewhere I had always enjoyed the food. EDIT : I did get a refund after my honest and accurate review. This took much longer than it should have done to get my money back for your error. Also how fitting that it took you approx a year to rely to my review. Shows your razor sharpe attention to detail and lightening quick response to customer concerns.

Lovely helpful staff. It's hard to know what to get sometimes as it's all tasty. The staff are great with advice, little tastes if you can't decide. Quick, tasty food. Vegetarian options: They look to have a couple of veggie options but I like pork, so I haven't tried any yet
