Was pretty ok! Very nice looking spot with fabulous quirky decor. Food was ok, Id say the price didnt match the quality and although staff were lovely it all seemed a bit disorganised and rushed, so not as relaxing as we would have liked

Service was terrible, waited for 40 minutes after we placed an order and that was after i asked staff about our order, which was never sent to the kitchen. They even mixed up our orders and were doing ad on's of extra things instead of replacing them. I felt shuned by the manager whenever i tried to ask the waiters for anything even though things were missing off my plate. The seating placements was terrible, i felt like i was on a rollercoaster dodging all the member of staff with the orders of other people. Food was lacking seasoning. Would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with the staff at Harlem. We ordered chocolate milkshake and the staff brought us a hot chocolate. Before we could clarify and talk, the staff members had an internal chat on what was ordered and decided that it was hot chocolate. They came again and put the hot chocolate saying and I quote, my colleague said you ordered this, so here! - basically forcing it. It was rude and unprofessional. We had to talk to 3 more staff members to clarify that it was a chocolate milkshake. We did get a half-hearted apology but the experience was terrible. I dont remember tasting any good food because my mood was already ruined. Hope nobody else goes through this.
