The Cod Squad Fish and Chips

Absolutely horrific. Called in to order a fish and a battered sausage. Waited almost 25 minutes and there was nobody else in the place. Got the order and walked the distance from Antrim Road to Fortwilliam. Literally up the street. Battered sausage was basically covered in chippy paper and it wouldn't come off. Sausage was like a beef sausage. Just completely unbeatable. Fish was absolutely freezing and it was cooked there and then in the shop. Honestly never had a bad experience in a chippy, but there is no way this food was top notch. Chips were near raw.

Absolutely disgusting bought some chips for my sick wife usually far better when the blonde girl is working the chips well they have been reheated over and over, guy at the counter seemed like he was on a different planet place wasn't busy at all and still no care given to the food or myself to busy on his phone. It's a real shame because when the little blonde girl is working the chips are perfect and she actually seems like she wants to be there unfortunately I'll not be back to many other nice chip shops around to risk getting more food as horrible as this
