Terrible customer service and approach to adults and children. Dont go unless you believe children should be seen and not heard. As most people know it takes children a few minutes to settle. While settling the children (3 year old , 4 year old) also sorting 2 small babies the manager approached us in a horrible manner and told us that she was not running a day care. This situation has never happened in anywhere we have taken the kids. This place is not child friendly or even adult and she spoke to us like garbage. Much better crossing the road to blinkers where you will find lovely staff members who made ourselves and the children feel right at home. Also a regular at many Costa and marks and Spencers cafes and never experienced anything like this. The lady should not be working with the public.
