I have been dealing with Bill at Staff source for at least 12 years and hes a larger than life type of guy who is genuinely passionate about what he does. Bill cares about people and he won't recommend anyone for a position if he doesn't think its right for that person or their prospective employer. On one rare occasion both he and I were hoodwinked by a bluffer , but when this became clear Bill sorted the issue immediately , no attempt to blame anyone or avoid the issue and that's something I won't forget.
