Great agency for first time renters, staff were really helpful in getting our first flat and the process was very easy. Paul especially very helpful with all queries and full deposit was returned.

Now trading under the name Elite Rooms Belfast. Scam agency by the very definition. Faced everything from multiple fire hazards (allowing mouldy walls leak into active electrical lines - which caused electric shortage they didn't fix for over a week). Multiple attempts to illegally evict. No heating. No hot water. Mold everywhere. A wasp nest in the fire alarm... Yes you read that right. Multiple HMO breaches that resulted in an investigation being launched by the HMO Unit at the city Council. Tried to evict us and move us to their other properties because they owed five figure sums to the owner they sublet from, who they'd a falling out with over said debts... At the height of the pandemic during lockdown, thus risking our lives and the lives of others in other properties. Avoid. Everyone involved in this company and their new shell company (at least the 5th I can trace) belong in prison. Criminals.

My dep was registered with TDS unlike other agents/ landlords who dont bother to register it - felt safer renting off this company.

Jennifer in particular was a fantastic help whenever I contacted her in the future having rented a room in 2018-2019 for term time. For this, I can say from my own experience that BCSA have been nothing short of the best letting agency in Belfast. Having scrupulous issues with countless letting agencies, BCSA are the only people who have given me my full deposit back which counts for a lot as a student. Their property was spotless, well presented and my room was of a high quality and reflected accurately the price I paid every month. Always very quick with sorting repairs (the few times I had needed them) and studious in their approach to tenants. I recommend using BCSA in the future to any student moving to the Belfast region due to their professionalism and Jennifer in particular has been fantastic throughout any queries.
