        I rented my house out with Abode using the guaranteed rent scheme. The service was fantastic. I never had to worry if anyone was renting as It was guaranteed money each month. This definitely takes the pressure off worrying about people moving out of your property. I decided recently to sell the house and again Paul and Roisin offered a professional and quick service and the house was sold in a week. I would completely recommend for renting and selling.
