Regrettably I find myself leaving this negative review after not even having the chance to experience what this company 'can' do. But alas, we can't even get off the ground with a simple callback. The quote request on the website was completed nearly two weeks ago. I've called sporadically (and at least 5 times) since then with the reception asking for my details and passing them on to the Team (everytime); and yet, no callback (everytime). Now while your website claims you may be able to deliver end to end inside 28 days, the above suggests that's a stretch given a simple phone call can't be achieved. Ultimately, an acknowledgement that you've received the request and are working on it would've sufficed, even if there would be a delay in getting something material back to me. But first impressions are a big part of the experience and unfortunately, the company has fallen very short on the only aspect we've been engaged on - a simple phone call.
