        Ordered nerarly 400 of ink for our A1 photograhphc printer. Website states 'Usually dispatched within 24 hours'. 7 days later we have not recieved the ink, so we sent an email. 2 days later we got a reply saying a further 10 delay. The website still shows stock of the same ink and still promises: 'Usually dispatched within 24 hours'. We have asked for a refund and our seeking alternative supplies.

        Personally, I had excellent service from DLK. Communication from John was perfect and when I needed to learn how to operate my new DS620 printer from them, he even gave me a video demo!! Cant say the same for a lot of other companies once youve already made your purchase. Will definitely be coming back again to order some more ink rolls!!

        i had worst customer service with dlk company i have order epson ink its been 20 day ddint dispatch me when i call them they saying itys not my departments if u want i can refunf the money speial manager FIONA ur just useless in this company
