        The receptionist is almost empathetic and kind as a jail door, it's almost if they're able to say "Hello" there... As much as i can I avoid this post office

        Omg worst customer service imaginable. Tried to tell us we needed to fill out a form and pay 25 for a new V5C to tax our car. I kept trying to show them the government website that said I had everything I needed but she flat out refused to even look at it. "I get people I'm here all day every day trying to tell me how to do my job" Went to another post office and they taxed it no problem. The first lady was selecting the wrong option (have you had this vehicle for over 2 months and not yet received your V5C). Sad thing is the exact same thing happened to me in the exact same post office a couple of years earlier. How long has she been making people unecessarily pay 25 for a replacement V5C?? So yes, people are indeed coming in telling you how to do your job... because you don't know how to do it!!!! Please don't be ignorant when people are trying to explain something to you. Turns out you may not be right. Doesn't hurt to listen!!!
