        The member of staff I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. Complaint to head office was upheld and full apology given on behalf of the staff member.

        This post office was fantastic for years! I used it to post all my business orders. Now they have no staff, the opening hours are so limited and its really a 50/50 chance if they're open. Shame, will have to find a new local post office as this one has become too unreliable.
