        Terrible, every single time I'm there it's always a problem. The attitude of one of the employees who work there permanently is unacceptable.

        Very helpful member of staff went to a couple of post offices and they weren't able to return my item without qr code but i had the returns label on the front of parcel and the man was able to type the code in to get it returned and give me a receipt I am delighted as I no my parcel will be sent back now with a tracking number. Thanks very much.
