My aunt had an issue last week i had to ring the shop and place order for her as shed no credit order took over 2 hours to get ther I rung and rung to see what was taking so long and said was waiting on delivery driver then delivery driver got lost trying to find her house even with directions I was giving him he was going the opposite direction there thick!! took an extra half hour when I clearly gave him address post code which is just up road from the shop think they need to invest in a satnav! fair enough gave her extra food for the wait which was nice of them lol but very slow and bad service wouldnt recommend you be an Ethiopian by time they get to you
