        Order so far two hours late- had to eat, too hungry to wait. Been ringing shop for over an hour to cancel -constantly engaged!

        It's been 2.5hours and counting waiting for an order. Can't get in touch because the phone is constantly 'engaged'. Do not order from here!!!

        Ordered online. Wait time was 1hr+ ordered 2 pizza both with extra toppings and sweet potato fries. Delivery was 15minutes earlier than expected which was good but either pizza had the extra toppings and the fries weren't cooked through. Disappointing. On the up side the bases were quite good but a LOT of crust area and the toppings that were on the pizzas were tasty. We have been unable to get a response on social or phone for a refund for the toppings that we didn't receive.

        Normally we would order pizza for collection since it's in our neighbourhood, but somehow the shop took that away. Now delivery only which is so unfair. You increased the price so high from last year and now also force people to pay for the delivery when they don't need to. As regular customers for a year we are so disappointed and need to switch to other pizza shop that has better value
