Pharmacy staff (pharmacists in particular) seem to be under an enormous amount of pressure as engagements with them are frequently unnecessarily challenging. Items have been occasionally missing, wrong dosage issued and a friendly and caring service service has become a second thought.

I think the pharmacy here is really excellent. The staff are clearly always under so much pressure, it's always very busy and I can only imagine how stressful it must be to work here. Texting me when my prescription is ready is a fantastic idea and a huge help to me, whoever came up with that idea needs a medal! Thank you MediCare Forestside.

Wee boy at the counter should become more informed on what NHS minor ailments are. I asked for a remedy under the scheme and I may as well have been asking for a ticket to Mars in Klingon. Ended up paying for the remedy just because I couldnt be bothered, but not nice attitude considering the tax payer has already paid for the minor ailments through their contributions.
