        Went to collect my prescription which had been ordered online. Stood for ages while they had a conversation about who did the domestic duties? Eventually said excuse me and was ignored. Totally blanked and conversation about domestic duties continued. Totally unfocused on customer service. I thought tea breaks were for gossiping Mckays reply to mt review was way off the mark. The assistant did not apologise or go and get my prescription she did not even acknowledge me She was to busy talking to the pharmacist about some man doing his own cleaning. The blonde haired assistant served me. Maybe a thorough investigation was required.
