Appalled at the conduct of the pharmacist (Pauline?) on duty this evening @approx 1735. When asked if a prescription for my daughter would come in anytime soon, she said she didn't have that information... couldn't even hazard an estimate. Told me I'd probably need to get an alternative and when asked what that might be (as I would expect a pharmacist to know this!) , told me "I'm not a dermatologist". Her tone then became extremely patronising and her manner was downright rude. Absolutely shocked that someone in the healthcare services could act in such a way when dealing with the public!
